Meet Clare, our General Manager who loves getting hands-on helping the team and meeting clients. She began her real estate career in 2004, as a sales administrator before working her way up into property management. Clare has a deep understanding of Perth's real estate market, with experience in strata, commercial and residential property management as well as leading large property management teams. In 2018, she took the leap into agency management with Rent Choice becoming her passion.
When she is not working, Clare enjoys spending time with her young family and her friends, exploring the beautiful scenery around Perth and trying out new cafes, playgrounds and entertainment offerings. She often attends local events and sport games, but also wouldn't say no to an overseas holiday or two.
She is known for her effective communication and strong negotiation abilities. These skills combined with her wealth of industry knowledge enable her to build positive relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth transactions and successful property management.
In 2021, she was elected to the REIWA Council. She has been an active member of the REIWA Property Management Network Committee since 2014, even holding the positions of deputy and chair. Clare has also been a finalist in several state and national property management awards and won the REIWA.com Exceptional Property Management Service award in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and has a Diploma in Property (Agency Management).
