Holiday Closure:
Please be advised that our office will be closed from 4:00 pm on Friday, 20th December 2024 and reopen at 10:00 am on Monday, 6th January 2025 in our new office at 5/1076 Hay Street West Perth.
Direct Debit Rental Payments:
Rental payments made via Direct Debit will continue to be processed on business days during this period.
If your rent is due on a public holiday, such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year's Day, the payment will be processed on the next available business day.
Payments to Creditors and Owners:
Our payment dates during the festive period are as follows:
- Friday 13th December 2024 Mid-month payment run
- Tuesday 31st December 2024 End of-month payment run
- Monday 13th January 2025 Mid-month payment run
- Friday 31st January 2025 End of-month payment run
Emergencies and Maintenance:
