Holiday Closure:
Please be advised that our office will be closed from 4:00 pm on Wednesday, 20th December 2023 and reopen at 10:00 am on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.
Direct Debit Rental Payments:
If your rental payments are taken via Direct Debit, these will continue to be processed on business days during this period.
If rent is paid by Direct Debit and is due on a public holiday for example Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, it will be processed the next available business day.
Payments to Creditors and Owners:
Our payment dates during the festive period are as follows:
- Friday 15th December 2023 Mid-month payment run
- Friday 29th December 2023 End of-month payment run
- Monday 15th January 2024 Mid-month payment run
- Wednesday 31st January 2024 End of-month payment run
Emergencies and Maintenance:
In case of any emergency repairs, please refer to our troubleshooting guide at https://www.rentchoice.com.au/repairs. Our property managers will be available to assist you, and you can reach them via SMS and email. Their contact details are outlined below:
