    The Property Condition Report (PCR) is a report that is completed at the commencement of every lease. It details the condition of the property at the time the tenant moves in and is a compulsory report to complete. We go through the property room by room, describe its condition in writing and take numerous photographs. The same process occurs outside the property and the information detailed in the report is referenced when the tenant vacates the property.
